  • Introduction

    Nursing management and administration serves a vital remark in the functions of institution, which involves nursing professionals. Nursing deals greatly in the preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative care of clients, if not possible, it deals with rendering quality of life and dignified death. While nursing managers are responsible with delegation, planning, collaboration, motivation, to name a few. Issues and concerns in the nursing department could be tackled with them in order to come up with effective strategies and plans.

    Aims and Scope:

    1. Supervision of nursing staffs in hospitals/infirmaries/clinics and other healthcare institutions
    2. Supervision of nursing educators in nursing schools and other departments with health-related courses
    3. Deliberation and implementation of health programs to target clients
    4. Issues and concerns in management of nursing staffs and nursing educators
    5. Innovativeness in the delivery of nursing care services
    6. Administrative strategies in nursing profession

  • Guidelines for Submission

    Manuscripts can be submitted until the expiry of the deadline. Submissions must be previously unpublished and may not be under consideration elsewhere.

    Papers should be formatted according to the guidelines for authors (see: http://www.wjpublichealth.org/submission). By submitting your manuscripts to the special issue, you are acknowledging that you accept the rules established for publication of manuscripts, including agreement to pay the Article Processing Charges for the manuscripts. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the online manuscript submission system at http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/login. All papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal and will be listed together on the special issue website.
